He knows what he is doing. He’s totally honest. He had some unique challenges in this old home in which we now live that he solved. We had to do some extensive fixing up and remodeling.

He also shows up when we call him for something that needs fixing PDQ.

Mark McCoy recently installed a reverse water osmosis system for drinking water under my kitchen sink. The water coming out of our RO dispenser is spectacular. It’s clear. The viscosity is lighter and smoother. There is no odor, taste or flavor other than just pure water like drinking out of a mountain creek. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all the extra work he did at in order to accomplish the objectives of giving us clean, healthy water and ice. Anyone reading this review might find it interesting that 22 years ago Mark installed a whole house water softener in the house that I eventually bought. His original business sticker was still on the water softener, so I called him because I had decided to upgrade the water softener. When he came out here, he remembered at the house and the work that he had done. He’s a Get-to-it Guy and an expert. Thank you, Mark, for being professional, thorough, knowledgeable, clean and most of all honest.

Had Mark come by my house to inspect my existing soft water and reverse osmosis systems. It turns out the systems were old and not working correctly. He also pointed out how the original install was not done correctly and displayed a vast knowledge of everything mechanical concerning a house and property. I wanted a quality product and Mark had what I was looking for. The install became difficult due to the improper original install, but Mark persevered and didn’t charge me for the extra hours required to get the job done right. Mark even installed a couple of ancillary upgrades to the homes water system at no charge. Mark is your guy! Knowledgeable, Professional, Hard working and a great guy. Plus…he gave me a great deal!

We recently had a house built in Oracle and purchased a “water treatment system” for the whole house. Spent $4000 for fresh water to come out of every faucet…H2O Concepts said no maintenance or salt needed and it was going to be awesome! 4 months later we noticed spots on everything! Our skin felt scaly and our fixtures needed the calcium scraped out on a regular basis. We called the company about it and they said that there was nothing they could do about it and that was the way the system worked. Well, we decided to bite the bullet and get a “real” water treatment system after getting ripped off from H2O Concepts. Found Mark through our plumber and he installed a new system and took the old one off our hands within days of calling him. We are so happy with our new system and how professional and prompt Mark is that we would recommend his services any day! Thank you SO much!

We just built a new Shea home in Trilogy at Verde River. Decided to wait until after close to put in a water system.
