After spending a couple months doing research on different whole house water softening systems, whole house filtering systems and under the sink reverse osmosis systems, we decided to go with Mark McCoy, owner of Desert Water Services. I was really impressed with his knowledge of the subject. The system we went with which is made by a company based in Texas called Water Tech really impressed me as well. I love it all! Mark was very helpful in answering my myriad of questions as I continued with my research. He is always very responsive and very passionate about his work. I highly recommend him. The water quality we have now, verses what is was like before is night and day. He will let you know if he’s running a few minutes late, which is a rare thing these days! Everything was installed perfectly and everything completely tidy. You will not be disappointed if you decide to use Desert Water Services!
